It's that 'return to work' interview which will make all the difference ... if you are a micro business there really is no reason why you wouldn't already know what the details of the ill-health are, unless of course, you were very remote from the staff.

Thank you Eleanor, for guesting here at Peninsular Business Services Blog.

In order to gauge what is best value for your target group you might consider designing a Survey to ask a few direct questions in this regard.

SurveyMonkey is a useful tool.

I would like to thank Michelle for this '24 carat nugget of advice'.

Social Media 'attraction marketing' is here to stay so let's just take time to step back off the treadmill for one moment to consider carefully those potential collaborations. All of the points made in this blog are crucial, but the most valid of all is the need to consider 'do I know this individual or company well enough?'

Before the dawn of social media, in looking at a potential collaboration, it was imperative to do the homework - research on various levels revealed the full identity of the potential collaborator. Social media connections can supplement this search. Not forgetting of course the obvious Google search facility - this can place you in a powerful and commanding position when forming the whole picture.
